Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Singapore only. Delivery to specific areas may be subject to availability and logistical constraints. 

Delivery Timing

• Order Processing: Order processing is instant, and we also process orders on non-working days.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made daily, 0000 – 2359. We accept advance orders and on-demand delivery. 
• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically scheduled for delivery within the same working business day after order processing. We offer same-day delivery, where orders arrive at the destination within 4 working hours, or advance delivery scheduled between Tuesday to Sunday.
• Delivery Fee: S$10 fixed rate, with free delivery for orders S$80 and above.

Handling and Packaging

To ensure freshness, our seafood is carefully packed in a Cooler Bag with ice to maintain optimal temperature.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery personnel will attempt to deliver your order to the specified address. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery service will send you a message with a picture confirming that the order has been delivered to your doorstep in a safe condition. We do not offer re-delivery services.

Order Tracking

You will receive an app notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. A photo confirmation will be sent to your app with a notification once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for any orders whose products are in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [phone number] or [email address] within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to investigate and address the issue to the best of our ability.
